1. Respond to service/email/phone inquiries routed to Customer Support; solve customer’s inquiry in time

2. Outreach customers with product information and site navigation in English

3. Teammates operate in a fast-paced multi-channel environment including inbound and outbound phone calls, email and chat

4. Exercise judgment in the examination, interpretation, and decisions concerning the resolution of problems.

5. Summarize and provide customer feedback to management.

6. Accurately record customer trends using the online tracking tool.

7. Perform related duties as assigned.
