Manager, Finance – Business performance

The role sits within the Global Business Performance team for Markets which has two main responsibilities:

Supporting the local markets and finance teams in understanding Business performance trends and generating insights that would drive future decisions. Build/report on a globally consistent story for business performance that can then be communicated to senior executives.

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and data driven Business performance manager. This person will be responsible for supporting the Business Performance Global markets team in identifying key trends analyzing key topics that would lead to actionable insights. Another key responsibility will be to liaise with local markets to exchange on insights and being able to build a globally consistent story

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Global Markets Business performance team, identifying weekly/monthly/quarterly trends
  • Develop consistent analytical framework and metrics to measure ongoing business performance
  • Help identify key areas for analytic deep dives and run analysis
  • Present results and insights in a clear and action-oriented manner
  • Liaise with local markets analytic/Business performance teams to align on story, deep dives and share knowledge

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Analytics or Business performance
  • Expertise in quantitative analysis
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, with a blend of analytical intelligence and strategic vision
  • Collaborative and influencing personality with the ability to build strong relations with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in presenting structured recommendations to executives
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
