About the teams

Our diverse Sales team maintains supportive relationships with clients big and small, whether it be through advertising, partnerships and growth. Our wonderful Marketing team is responsible for getting the word out there about eBay and our fantastic sellers and promotions whilst ensuring our buyers are aware of the best possible deals on the platform. There’s also our Category Growth teams, who are responsible for overseeing each of our fast-growing sectors including fashion, electronics, home & garden, beauty and much more. Although eBay Australia consists of various teams specialising in different areas, all function under a one team culture.

What the Program offers

Our 12 month Graduate ‘e-Experience’ program allows recent or soon to be graduates to be part of one of Australia’s most exciting e-commerce leaders, eBay. Through this program you will learn, discover and contribute to our growing organisation.

  • Four rotations where you will learn about our business, buyers and sellers
  • Learn and grow within a dynamic team with full-time, on the job experience
  • Mentored by experienced leaders who will work with you to achieve your career goals.

The Graduate e-Experience Program will develop your business skills alongside strengthening your ability to profile yourself across different business verticals and network.

You will be surrounded by a dynamic team with room for individuality, passion for e-commerce, professionalism and humour. eBay’s headquarters in Australia are based in the beautiful harbour city of Sydney, with diversely rich backgrounds of people from all around the world. We are located in great, modern offices with a relaxed fun culture and environment to work within.

You are

We want to understand your motivations as to why you want to work in e-commerce, and why with us! We want you to see your contribution in and outside your university, whether it be work related or extra-curricular activities.

We need

We are looking for both excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written. Someone with a bias for action, who is passionate and curious – this kind of individual will thrive in our culture! Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills and displaying that you are team-player, all will be highly regarded.

You are about to graduate with  a Bachelor’s Degree or have recently graduated.

We will get back to short-listed candidates by September 2019.
