We are looking for a hardworking Product Manager to join our Product and Technology team to define, build and ship high value experiences to our users.

As a Product Lead, you will:

  • Drive product development from concept to launch and operate in a fast paced setting.
  • Test concepts in market, quickly learn and iterate for the next release.
  • Be outcome focused by defining, supervising and communicating product metrics.
  • Engage senior management to align on product vision, strategy, and execution plan.
  • Prioritize customer, partner asks into releases; deliver using Agile methodology
  • Responsible for all product collateral and communications - documentation, announcements, and office-hour sessions
  • Improve visibility of the teams’ roadmap and key results and ensure a continuous delivery of value to the end customers and our business;
  • Prove your ability to think globally and frame new and sophisticated issues - a serious Product Manager and thought a leader that can make strategic choices and help focus the organization on the most critical activities.
  • When faced with problems in a high pressure setting, remain level headed and forge ahead.
  • Have a passion for data driven decision-making while dealing with ambiguity.
  • Collaborate well with colleagues from diverse functional expertise, different organization levels, and multiple geographic locations.
  • Bridge business and technical needs very well; strong conceptual problem solver to articulate opportunities and solutions.
  • Work hands-on with engineering and operations to deliver product features that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 7+ years’ experience shipping software to customers
  • Experience working with large customer base
  • Driving outcomes as part of a larger business unit
