At Ebay we are looking for a highly motivated individual to with experience in Capacity Planning/WFM to join our International WFO Team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Responsible for building the staffing plans for country level staffing groups.
  • Work and Build relationships with key groups and individuals in Customer Support that are critical to the success of WFM Capacity Planning.
  • Ensure regular variance analysis on forecast Assumptions v Actuals their given planning group(s) (plan vs. plan and plan vs. actual)
  • Performs ad-hoc analysis related to staffing plans. Evaluating new opportunities and implementing changes for current capacity planning inputs, processes, and modelling

Provides recommendations related to the analysis

  • Ability to formulate recommendations based upon analysis, data and input from peers and Leadership
  • Conducts annual budget planning for a given planning group(s)

Supports process improvement efforts across the Cap Planning team

  • Starts to find opportunities for process improvement in your individual planning group(s) Collaborate with key partners to identify business drivers, levers, and productivity improvement opportunities

Your Role as the Capacity Planning Analyst, you’ll ideally be articulate, analytical and enthusiastic. A WFM professional with a strategic approach who enjoys working in an international and fast paced company and can work independently with minimal supervision following pre-determined processes and deadlines.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Business acumen - have the ability to relate WFO processes and objectives to broader business issues for functional area
  • Understanding the details of your WFO functional plans and performance; be able to explain variance to the plans
  • Working knowledge of WFM systems and processes
  • Good decision-making capability knows when to involve senior management in decision making

You will ideally be a working in a role within WFM and can demonstrate an ability to influence peers and stakeholders, within a Contact Centre environment.
