1.Owner of Global Initiatives for the mainly FRITES, and rest of EU markets

You will lead a number of initiatives within and on behalf of the EEC business with the primary aim to enhance the customer experience.This is a critical part of the Customer experience with a high level of leadership exposure.Success will require close collaboration with wider stakeholders (e.g. verticals and finance), EU counterparts, and the Product & Technology delivery teams in the US.Initiative ownership will flex with the priorities of the Customer and Business, so adaptability and the ability to handle change and ambiguity is important.

2.Manage operational performance

Understanding the operational health of the business is key to ensuring customers are getting a world class experience.Along with the wider Buyer Experience team, you will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, reporting and acting on the key operational metrics of the FRITES and EEC buyer experience.

3.Strategic planning

As the single source of truth for the French, Italian, Spanish and rest of EU customer, the Buyer Experience team is responsible for gathering information about the customer and distilling them into actionable insights. These insights will be used to educate and influence the wider business, and ultimately define the customer priorities that feed into the Product planning cycles.This is a critical method for influencing the right changes for our customers.
